NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, TWITTER, OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA USED THROUGHOUT THE GIVEAWAY. EACH ENTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS LISTED BELOW AND AS DETERMINED BY LAW:
1. Giveaway Promotion/Item: Three (3) fifty dollar ($50) Modibodi online shopping vouchers.
2. Eligibility: To participate, Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of Sept. 28, 2017. Employees, associates, and contributors of Modibodi or Love U Magazine are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotional Period: Entries will be accepted from 12:00 am EDT on September 28, 2017 to 11:59 pm on October 6, 2017.
4. How to Enter: Follow @modibodiaustralia and @loveumag on Instagram. Go to any of the social media posts promoting the giveaway (posted between Sept. 28, 2017 and Oct. 6, 2017) on Love U Magazine’s Instagram Feed (@loveumag), like the post, and mention/tag 3 friends in the comment section of the post. Completing all of these actions are considered one (1) entry. You may enter up to three (3) times.
5. Winner Selection & Announcement: Three (3) Winners will be selected at random under the supervision of Love U Magazine. One (1) Winner will be chosen and announced each day from October 5, 2017 to October 7, 2017; for a total of three (3) Winners. Love U Magazine & Modibodi reserve the right to disclose winner’s name and identity.
6. Winner Notification: Your participation in this Giveaway is considered your agreement that Love U Magazine & Modibodi may contact you. Winners will be notified by Instagram direct messaging within 24 hours of selection. Love U Magazine & Modibodi shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam/security settings or for incorrect/non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the initial contact, the Winner forfeits their prize and Love U Magazine may select a new Winner.
7. Giveaway Item Distribution: Winners may be required to provide Love U Magazine & Modibodi with their name, mailing address, email address, and contact phone number so their prize may be issued. If the giveaway item is non-tangible and can be issued via email, otherwise, it will be delivered via regular mail (ground or basic international). Winner(s) understands that it can take up to 30 days to receive the giveaway item(s) after they have provided Love U Magazine & Modibodi with the information needed to supply the giveaway item. The giveaway item is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth. The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the giveaway item.
